Shipping of Garden Angels

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS parcel post, depending on which is most economical. Orders are shipped on receipt of payment

Priority shipping is available at an additional charge.

For USPS deliveries, Delivery Confirmation included in shipping and handling charges.

For backorders, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. They will be shipped as soon as available.

For deliveries made outside of the United States, please email us at info@theangelworkshop.com so that we may provide information regarding shipping costs and delivery time. Certain restrictions may apply. Deliveries pending no delays in customs.

Taxes Michigan residents add 6% Sales Tax for all Garden Angel orders.

20-Day Guarantee on Garden Angels

All items are backed by a 20-day guarantee from date of delivery. Every product in our store must be free of defects or you may return it immediately to us for replacement or full refund. Due to the nature of hand painting there may be slight variations in individual angels.

Returns on Garden Angels

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with our quality products for any reason, simply return the item to us within the 20-day time limit. We will either refund your money or ship another item for you per your request. All returned merchandise must be in the original box and original unused condition.

We cannot refund shipping costs on returns. Postage on the returned item is the customer’s responsibility..

Donations
Donations are appreciated in any amount. For every $40 received in donations, another Angel of Hope can be placed in a nursing home, children’s hospital, rehabilitation center, Ronald McDonald House, hospice house, or other facility. Donations can be made online or by mail.

All donations are used solely to produce and ship the Angels.

As Angels of Hope is a nonprofit project offered through The Angel Workshop at Heartlight Center, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, all donations are tax-deductible.

We maintain strict security over all information you share with us.

Our quarterly newsletter, Angel Tidings, is available through our e-mail, to anyone by request.
